SHIPPING
All standard shipping rates apply to these items when shipped within the contiguous U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders. When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package can be found in your shipment confirmation email. International shipping is not available at this time.
REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shipping packaging. To return your product, please reach out to info@mytappas.com. A return shipping label will be provided for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be charged the standard rate for the returned items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged item or items, please reach out to info@mytappas.com and send us a photo of the damaged items. Please include your phone number and your preferred email address. This information is required by our shipping partners to file a reimbursement claim. We will ship you a replacement order at no cost to you.
